Terms of Service
Paul Dream Music DAW (the “Service”). Last updated: 1 November 2026.
1. Access
The Service is available to people who are subscribed to the Paul Dream Music YouTube channel. You sign in with your Google account; we check your subscription now and then. If you unsubscribe, your account is blocked (we notify you by email) until you subscribe again and sign in with Google. Administrators may also block an account that breaks these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share it, and do not try to bypass the subscription check or to disturb the Service or other users.
3. Your content
The music, projects and presets you create are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
4. The Service
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. It is a work in progress: features may change and there can be interruptions or errors. Keep your own backups of work that matters to you (you can export your projects). To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data.
5. News emails
We may email you news about the Service and the channel. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each message.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.

Términos del servicio
Paul Dream Music DAW (el «Servicio»). Última actualización: 1 de noviembre de 2026.
1. Acceso
El Servicio está disponible para quienes están suscritos al canal de YouTube de Paul Dream Music. Entras con tu cuenta de Google y comprobamos tu suscripción de vez en cuando. Si te das de baja, tu cuenta se bloquea (te avisamos por correo) hasta que vuelvas a suscribirte y a entrar con Google. Los administradores también pueden bloquear una cuenta que incumpla estos términos.
2. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta. No la compartas y no intentes saltarte la comprobación de suscripción ni perturbar el Servicio u otros usuarios.
3. Tu contenido
La música, los proyectos y los presets que creas son tuyos. Solo nos das el permiso necesario para guardarlos y mostrártelos. No subas contenido que no tengas derecho a usar.
4. El Servicio
El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías. Está en desarrollo: las funciones pueden cambiar y puede haber interrupciones o errores. Conserva tus propias copias de lo que te importe (puedes exportar tus proyectos). En la medida que permita la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos ni de la pérdida de datos.
5. Correos de novedades
Podemos escribirte con novedades del Servicio y del canal. Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras desde el enlace de cada mensaje.
6. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de arriba indica la última versión. Seguir usando el Servicio significa que aceptas los cambios.
